The apartment is very confortable and well located in Amsterdam. The 3 bedrooms allow to stay with your familly or your friends. The price is a good compared to the rate of 3 bedrooms in a hotel. The street is also quiet.

Location and facilities are good.
No lift. Stairs are narrow, high and steeps. This apartment is not on the first floor of the building. We did not read in the Booked.net advertisement that the apartment that we used itself consist of 2 levels. Bedrooms and bathroom are at one floor and it is below the floor of kitchen, dining room and living room. Regret to write that it is not convenient to us. We do not recommend this apartment for mature people with family who bring heavy and big luggage.

Was very clean and very spacious. Well decorated and good location.
Enormous amount of stairs! If you have heavy luggage or a lot then this may not be the place for you. Bathroom gets very hot when showering as there is no ventilation.

We had a very nice stay at fonda living apartments. We were with 4 persons (2 children) in this spacious apartment. It is really a boutique apartment which is very comfy.. rainshower, free internet, huge flat screen, free towels. The location is fantastic!! 50 meters to the Skinny bridge and in the middle of the historical city center. Also walking distance to the nearest Metro/tram station which made it very accessible from the airport. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends!

Was there for a week end with two young children. Good position, extremely quiet, super new "design" apartment, with a very relaxing roof veranda. Would love to live there.... Rent a bike not far, 50 meters from the rivers. Do not be scared by the steep stairs...kids will love it. Will note down and hope to be back soon.
Wi-Fi not working: signal is far too low. Check when there. Flat screen tv stopped working, but possibly we did something wrong: check.

The check in process. Very bad communication resulting in us waiting in the street for 45 minutes before being let into the apartment.

Loved everything about it. Extremely roomy, comfortable, clean and had everything you could wish for. Beautiful linen and towels, great hairdryer, well appointed kitchen, very cute dining room, large lounge room with cable tv and washing machine with 2 clothes hangers for plenty of drying space. We stayed in 6 different countries in 3 weeks and this was by far the best accommodation and it was extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend these fully self contained apartments to anybody and encourage you to stay.

The apartment is nicely located downtown Amsterdam in a nice neighborhood but still at a walkable distance from the center. The subway station to the rai conference center is close. There is a mini market just 50m in the street to buy food. The apartment is cosy (well renovated).
There is some kitchenware missing. We were 6 and it was good that we did not plan to have dinner at the apartment. It is great for breakfast. We ask for a toaster that the owner brought to us. The dining table is upstairs not easily usable. There is only a bathroom (we were 6).

Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Rembrandt Square and heaps of cafes and bars.
The stairs are treacherous. Coming from Australia, we were not used to the steepness and narrowness of the staircases. Definitely wouldn't want children in the apartment.

Modern two bed apartment comprising top two floors of a traditional Dutch house. Residential area close to tram 9,metro and therefore easy to travel everywhere. Two seperate comfy bedrooms fantastic for two couples and a fantastic terrace means you can even eat outside. All very well equipped and managed

The beds are really comfortable, appartment has a very luxurious feel, plenty of space, quite central
Not suitable for small children, elderly, immobile or unfit people due to the stairs. Television was tricky to use.
